Frequently Asked Questions Regarding The Use Of The Application!
Paid is a mobile app that connects customers with local Pros who can provide a variety of services. Pros can post their services, and customers can browse through them to find the right Pro for their needs. Once a customer finds a Pro they want to work with, they can book and pay for the service through the app.
Anyone in Rwanda with a smartphone and an internet connection can use Paid. Pros must be at least 18 years old and legally able to work in Rwanda.
Paid offers a wide range of services, including beauty services, home cleaning, personal training, and more. Pros can post their services on the app, so there are always new services being added.
To book a service on Paid, simply browse through the services offered by Pros on the app. Once you find a service you want, select the Pro and choose a date and time that works for you. You’ll then pay for the service through the app.
You can communicate with your Pro through the messaging feature on the app. This allows you to discuss any details about the service and ask any questions you may have.
You can pay for the service through the app using mobile money or a credit card. Payment is made at the time of booking, so there are no surprises later.
There is no cost to download or use the Paid app. Customers pay a 10% service and maintenance fee on all transactions, which is automatically added to their payment.
We conduct tiered background checks on all Pros before allowing them to post services on the app. This includes but is not limited to a criminal background check and verification of their work experience as well as identity.
If you need to cancel a service, you can do so through the app. However, you may be subject to our cancellation policy, which varies depending on the service and the Pro.
If you have a problem with the service you received, please contact us immediately. We will work with you and the Pro to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
