Paid App is a mobile-based gig economy platform designed to connect local service

providers with customers looking for fast and reliable services. Our goal is to help

young people earn a decent living through flexible, tech-enabled work. We are on a

mission to make the gig economy work for Africa.

As an IT Support Ambassador, you’ll be responsible for helping providers and users

navigate the Paid App platform. From basic tech troubleshooting to provider

onboarding, you will play a critical role in keeping users active and engaged.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities:

– Assist users with login, setup, and usage issues

-Train providers on how to use app features effectively

-Report system bugs and user challenges to the tech team

-Conduct mini training workshops in communities

Qualifications:

– Excellent communication skills.

– Patient and supportive, especially when dealing with first-time users

-Detail-oriented and able to document technical issues clearly

-Self-driven and capable of managing time independently

-Willing to travel locally for community sessions and tech support

– Ability to provide strategic feedback.

Tech Support Tickets Resolved: Target – 25/week

Provider Accounts Set Up: Target – 20/week

Bugs Reported: Target – 3/week

promotional events, and ensure users know how to download and use the app

effectively.

Run small activations and info sessions

Capture photos and videos for social media

Build local buzz and increase app downloads

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a strategic and driven Head of Operations to lead the relaunch and

expansion of Paid App in Ghana. This leadership role involves managing a team of

field ambassadors, overseeing daily operations, coordinating business development

meetings, and ensuring the successful execution of Paid App’s growth strategy in

Ghana. The ideal candidate will have prior experience launching or managing tech-

driven operations, a strong leadership presence, and a passion for social impact and

technology.

RESPONSIBILITIES

-Lead day-to-day operations and team management for Paid App Ghana

-Develop and monitor execution of weekly operational targets

-Represent Paid App at business development and government partnership meetings

-Collaborate with marketing, tech, and customer support teams

-Ensure quality standards across provider onboarding and customer experiences

-Report weekly updates and performance metrics to the CEO and leadership team
