Paid values the safety of both clients and paid professionals. Here are some guidelines
to help ensure that tasks are performed safely. Please read carefully :
Please ensure to confirm the credentials of your paid professional before admitting them into
your residence. (Card Identification)
Patrons should maintain supervision of work so it is completed to their specifications. We
recommend that someone over the age of 18 is available in the residence at all times during the
execution of tasks.
Paid does not currently offer insurance coverage. As a freelancer, you are responsible for
obtaining your own insurance coverage to protect yourself and your property. We plan to provide
a third-party insurance option in the future and will notify you when it becomes available.
Paid is not responsible for any damages or injuries that may occur during task execution. As a
freelancer, you are solely responsible for your own safety and the safety of those around you
while performing tasks.
Paid has a zero-tolerance policy for abuse (verbal or physical) towards professionals. If you
experience any abuse during a task, please report it to us immediately so we can take
appropriate action.
All tasks should be performed in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry
standards.
We recommend that both clients and paid professionals take “before and after” photos of
