Payment Policy

At Paid app, we want to ensure a secure and efficient payment process for our users.
This policy outlines how payments are processed, including fees, refunds, and payment
methods.


1. Service and Maintenance Fee:
Customers will be charged a 10% service and maintenance fee for every completed transaction.
This fee is used to maintain the platform and provide support to both customers and service
providers.


2. Payment Processing:
a) Payment Method for Customers: Customers can pay for services using mobile money or
credit card.
b) Payment Method for Service Providers: Service providers can receive payment through
mobile money or bank account.
c) Payment Release: Payments are held until the completion of the task and any dispute
resolution process. Once the payment is released, service providers will receive their payment
once a week.


3. Refunds:
Refunds will be processed according to our Refund Policy, which can be found on our website.


4. Freelancer Insurance:
Paid app does not offer insurance for freelancers. Freelancers are responsible for having their
own insurance policies to cover any accidents or incidents that may occur while providing
services.
We reserve the right to update and modify our Payment Policy from time to time without
prior notice to reflect changes in our operations and policies.
