Ratings and Reviews

The Paid app provides a platform for users to find and hire service providers. As part of this
process, users can rate and review service providers they have worked with. The ratings and
review system is an important tool for helping users make informed decisions about which service providers to hire.

Guidelines for Appropriate Feedback:

We encourage users to provide honest and constructive feedback about their experiences with
service providers. When writing a review, please keep the following guidelines in mind:

– Be honest and accurate: Your review should reflect your genuine experience with the service
provider.

– Be specific: Provide specific examples of what the service provider did well, and what could
have been improved.

– Be respectful: Do not use profanity, derogatory language, or make personal attacks.

– Do not include personal information: Reviews should not contain personal information about
the service provider or the user.

– Do not include promotional content: Reviews should not include promotional content or links.
Reporting Fraudulent or Fake Reviews:

The Paid app takes fraudulent or fake reviews very seriously and has a system in place to
detect and remove them. If you suspect a review is fraudulent or fake, please report it to our
customer support team. We will investigate and take appropriate action.
